These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the LaunchPad Digital Marketing Services website and services. By engaging our services, submitting a form, requesting a proposal, or making any payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

LaunchPad Digital Marketing Services provides digital marketing services which may include social media marketing, content production, website development, e-commerce development, SEO, SEM, graphic design, video editing, and related services as described in the proposal, statement of work, or invoice.

2. Proposals, Scope, and Deliverables

Work begins once the client approves the proposal or statement of work and any required down payment or first billing is received. Deliverables, timelines, revisions, and scope are defined in the approved proposal, statement of work, or invoice. Requests outside scope may require a change order and additional fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide timely access, approvals, content, brand materials, logins, and other items required to complete work. Delays in client inputs may move timelines.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees, billing schedule, and payment methods are stated in the invoice or proposal. For recurring retainers, billing is typically monthly in advance unless stated otherwise. Late payments may pause work until the account is settled.

5. Recurring Services and Cancellation

For monthly retainers, the client may cancel by providing written notice to [email protected] at least thirty (30) days before the next billing date. If notice is received after the cutoff, the next billing may still proceed.

6. Third Party Platforms and Ad Spend

If services include advertising, ad spend is billed separately unless stated otherwise. Performance depends on factors beyond our control, including market conditions, platform rules, and client inputs.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client owns final paid deliverables created specifically for the client. LaunchPad retains ownership of pre existing materials, templates, internal tools, and methods. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat non public information shared by the client as confidential and will use it only for delivering services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, LaunchPad is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
