REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains when LaunchPad Digital Marketing Services issues refunds.

1. One time services and project based work

Project fees cover planning, production time, and delivery. Payments made for work already performed are non refundable. If a project is cancelled before work starts, we may refund amounts paid minus processing fees. If work has started, we will bill for completed milestones and any non cancellable costs.

2. Monthly retainers and recurring services

Monthly retainers are billed in advance for capacity reservation and scheduled work. Once a billing period begins, that month’s fee is non refundable. If the client cancels according to the cancellation terms in the agreement, billing will stop on the next eligible cycle.

3. Prepaid packages

If the client purchases a prepaid package, refunds are not provided for portions already delivered or scheduled. Any unused portion may be converted to credit, subject to review, or may be forfeited if the package has an expiry.

4. Chargebacks

If a client disputes a charge without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may suspend services and share order details, proof of delivery, and communications to support the dispute process.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible, minus processing fees, and may take several banking days depending on the payment provider.
